Welcome to Cub Scout Pack 6 in Brookline, MA!

Our next meeting will be the Blue & Gold banquet, February 11 from 5 to 7pm in the upstairs hall at Church of Our Saviour, 25 Monmouth St, Brookline.  This will serve as our February Pack Meeting, there will be NO MEETING on February 1.

The "Blue & Gold Banquet" is a Cub Scout tradition in every Pack across the United States.  It is held in February to commemorate the founding of the Boy Scouts of America in February of 1910.  Families, friends and relatives are welcome at this slightly-more-formal-than-usual affair.

Many thanks to Catharyn Fletcher, Lynda Parke and Jennifer Hecht who have been heading up the committee planning for the Blue & Gold.  Many others are helping as well and we will recognize all for their efforts when we meet on the 11th.

Interested in Joining Cub Scouts?  Come to any meeting!  See the calendar for details.  Or contact us!

Picture
On July 30, we spent the night on a real battleship, the USS Massachusetts at Battleship Cove in Fall River.  We explored this WW II battleship and met a veteran who'd served on her.  We saw PT boats, and toured the destroyer Joseph P. Kennedy, the submarine Lionfish and even a Soviet built East German missile corvette!
